My elderly Dad had an appointment with Dr R over the phone regarding his catheter. the appointment was set for 11am so that I could be there to get the information because my Dad will not remember. Dr R called much earlier than the appointment time and spoke to my Dad, unfortunately my Dad does not remember. When I called Dr R's office to find out the details of the phone appointment, the receptionist rudely told me that Dr R would not call me back as he already had the appointment and would not do a 2nd one. Dr R also sent in a prescription for my Dad that he already had. Horrible experience all the way around. :(

This doctor doesn't seem to know how to have bedside manner. Completely dismisses your concerns and pain and doesn't even try to help you or offer tests. Have a weird skin lump and inflammation including pain for the past year and he wouldn't hear me out just told me it was psychological. Pretty depressed everyday because of it, if you want help don't go to this doctor.

Reception and the staff were very kind. Dr. Ruzhynsky was horrible. I've been in pain for nine months and finally was able to see him. He dismissed almost everything I said as if I were making it up or he simply said he doesn't know. You'd think as a doctor you'd want to help your patients get better but he seems to not care. He referred me to a different urologist. If you are waiting to see him do yourself a huge favour and ask your doctor to refer you elsewhere. A huge let down seeing him coming out with zero answers. Now to wait longer in pain.

Does not listen at all. Does not explain himself. Completely self-absorbed. Horrible choice if you have a choice stay away!!
