We had to wait 2 months to see Dr. Bal but it was worth the wait. We are very happy with her care and her receptionist was also nice and helpful. My daughter has Crohn’s disease and under active thyroid . She did a very thorough check up and helped answer lot of our questions. We will strongly recommend her.

Dr Bal is very smart and knowledgable doctor. She noticed immediately what problem did my 6 months baby had when he was born. She recommended very helpful medication for my baby. The only concern is about punctuality, I m always on time for the appointment but she is never on time. But that's fine until unless she is a nice doctor for my baby. I would surely recommend her as a one of the good pedestrian for my baby.

I had an appointment and she called in early when I was in bathroom and she didn’t budge to calls again. I tried to call the staff back for 10 times in 2 hours no one picked up. Worst staff ever.

My daughter was born with displaced joint that affected her growth plate. No one could tell by just looking at it. Dr. Bal noticed it immediately during my baby’s check up in the hospital. She was very involved in my daughter’s care, arranged for ultrasounds, X rays and helped us see an orthopedist urgently. She even called me on my cell phone to check on my baby. She was very good.
