Did my cataracts and I still can’t see properly. I had to pay extra for the lenses as normal lenses weren’t going to help me. I queried my outcome especially seeing that I had to pay significantly more. Dr Mann became extremely rude and condescending so much so that I just left. I am now worse off than before surgery and significantly poorer. Dr Mann: you are a shame to the medical profession 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This doctor clearly has a tactic to lure patients in with his staff reassuring you that your Medical aid will pay but eventually they don’t. Then you have to foot the bill out of pocket . Now I sit with a lawyers letter and will probably be visited by debt collectors soon. Stay away and BEWARE!!

Poor doctor overall,very friendly and amazing person but not professional and a complete rip off.Staff are pathetic,don't use correct ICD 10 codes,do not respond to emails,terrible service.Accounts department is a joke resulting in ou paying fo things the medical aid should pay for.

I am forced to pay an account, after Mann's staff informed me that Medical Aid will pay and that don't have to worry. No account received only debt-collector's letter and then the account followed after i had to ask for actual amount outstanding. Charged for follow up appointment, after staff said I would not pay!! Money making doctor - so unhappy.

In my four years of dealing with Dr Mann he has always been exceptionally professional, helpful and understanding. Throughout numerous operations he has ensured that my eyes are as good as they were when I was ten years old. He is an outstanding an outstanding eye specialist to be recommended.

Dr Mann went far beyond the call of duty to treat a little boy 's eyes. He was exceptionally kind and helpful and his advice was invaluable. His staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
