Dr. Daniels is a very good doctor and came highly recommended. I was very impressed with the care I received when i went to see him. He did a thorough check on my eyes and made me feel comfortable and safe to put my eye in his care. My cataract surgery was good and the after care was fantastic. He is always available to take messages and respond to them and I feel really lucky to him as my ophthalmologist. Great job Doctor Daniels.

After wearing glasses for 15 years I made the decision to go see Dr Daniel and after going through several eye examinations and scans, under his expert advice I decided to have refractive surgery, the TransPRK laser surgery to be precise. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I feel so blessed to have had this procedure with him. I'm now finally and completely spectacle independent thanks to Dr Daniel, his amazing team and his suit of laser technology. My results have been incredible, I never thought I could see in HD and my night vision has improved substantially.

I have a friend who is a patient of Dr Daniel, she underwent refractive surgery and experienced incredible results, I have subsequently been with her at the Sandton Eye Clinic and met with Dr Robert Daniel, I was impressed with his knowledge and the way he explained very technical medical concepts. I was also able to catch a glance of the clinic's suit of medical devices for eye assessments as well as the various high level laser technology that is used for eye surgery. It really does seem that he is a very established and highly reputed specialist. Thus, I have recommended him to all my acquaintances and even my Business Partner.

I have been to Sandton Eye Clinic on several occasions together with a family member that needed specialist intervention for their eye condition. Dr Robert treated us with utmost professionalism and examined at length the various treatment possibilities available to us. He is evidently extremely knowledgeable and his experience really spoke for itself during my family member's laser vision correction surgery. The awesome surgical results have truly been life changing for my famt member, and we have not hesitated to recommend all our family and friends to the Sandton Eye Clinic.
As an after thought, I'm rather perplexed by some of the other experiences posted below. Whenever we were at the clinic the reception area was filled with people from various backgrounds and races and Dr Daniel and his clinic staff systematically treated every patient and family exactly the same.
All in all we can testify to the high level claims made on their website. Definitely the go-to Eye Clinic in Johannesburg.
