I had an app with Dr. Mason for a pain on the bottom of my right foot. He did a good job of helping me with that. He diagnosed it as a blocked sweat gland. I asked him about a bunion on my little toe which he x-rayed and found it to be a bone spur. When he examined my other foot he found a small calluse on the bottom of the toe next to my big toe. I wasn't even aware of it as it wasn't causing ant discomfort. He said I needed an M R I because it looked suspicious. I went for the M R I that was located in the same building. When I went back the next week I had an appt for 845 am. I arrived on time and checked in. After waiting for 55 minutes I asked the receptionist when was I going to see the Doctor? After checking with the doctor I was told I had two other patients ahead of me. I WAS SHOCKED! I was already going to be late for work at 10 am, and couldn't wait any longer. I left without making another apptime. I received a bill from the M R I company a month later for $703.00 . I believe the M R I was totally unnecessary! I have never gone back, and never will. I made a complaint with my insurance company for ordering unnecessary tests.

Dr. Tim Mason is a wonderful podiatrist. He explains everything in detail and is a great surgeon.

Dr. Mason is by far the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is currently treating my daughter for severe flat feet (along with other issues) and has performed four surgical procedures on her. Since day one he has treated her like she was family and has provided care that goes well beyond what you usually find today. He is the most pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable doctor and regardless if we come in with an emergency or a scheduled appointment, he never rushes, always values our concerns and input and does what it takes to provide the best possible care. He has never once suggested a procedure that I didn't agree was necessary, is always mindful of our finances and is the most ethical doctor I have met. Trusting your child to someone for surgery is a stressful ordeal, but he has been truly heaven sent in the hospital setting as well as the office. My daughter and I regularly recommend him without hesitation to anyone who requires the services he provides.

Dr. Has a wonderful personality and is always friendly. When my bunion surgery was done, he cut the top of my toe (still have revealing scar - looks bad in sandals). My friend went to another doctor who cut her on the side of her toe (scar is not so revealing - looks good in sandals). I could be wrong, but not sure if Dr. is keeping up with modern surgery. I checked with another person at my therapy session and he also was cut on the side of his toe (looks good).
