Been going to Dr werbin silver for many years in the older office they had .Liked it better ,felt better run with the Drs and staff and their ultrasound tech . Now ,it's CV corporate like everyone else . But she knows her stuff .

I went to this practice today for the last time. I wait 50 minutes and I am examined for 4 minutes. Didn’t take a urine sample. Examined and left at the speed of train. The bathroom smelled like a fast station bathroom. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I am finished for good.

Dr. Werbin-Silver is an amazing doctor that is stuck in a poorly run office. She's such a good doctor though that even with her terribly functioning office, I will always return!

I dont understand how anyone can give Dr werbin- Silver a bad review!!! She is amazing and caring. The visit felt like you are getting advice from a loving friend!!! I feel like I dan tell her anything!

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Werbin-Silver and would have still been one if she hadn't been so unresponsive. My daughter is in college and had and issue and had to go to the emergency room. She called the office and they said they would give the doctor the message. More than 2 hours pass and finally she calls back but my daughter is busy with the emergency room doctor and can't take the call. She calls the office again and they told her she was with a patient and would give her the message. She explained that she was in the emergency room and missed her call. Dr. Werbin- Silver called back 3 days later!! saying she was concerned. How concerned if you waited three days to call her back?? Thank goodness she called me and I called my gynecologist who has never seen my daughter and now she will be going to her for the followup this week when she is home from college. The nurses at Werbin-Silver office are awful, rude, and never answer the phone or call back. To get a prescription refilled would take many phone calls and I would physically have to go down to the office ( again no letter to patient that the office had moved and was in the basement of some building) . No way to run an office. The nurse at my gynecologist called me right back that same day and followed up the next day and she isn't even her patient!! Thats a good staff! Its a shame but she will be losing more patients and I don't think they even care.

Dr. Werbin-Silver was recommended by my RE and I am still trying to figure out why. She is never on time -- I have to wait at least 35 minutes to see her and when she finally manages to get in the examination room she is in such a rush. On quite a few occasions she wouldn't even bother looking at you while answering the questions. The answers are terse and usually not very explanatory. For a women, her bedside manner is awful, she will explain briefly what she is doing while she is doing it not before and never explains why some procedure is being performed. Lastly, and most disappointingly, she does not explain any after effects of the procedure and never follows up. She did an internal exam on me which resulted in massive bleeding which she never forewarned me about and practically ran out of the room. Avoid if you can.

Dr Werbin Silver is a fantastic doctor, stuck in a horribly run practice. Trying to get someone to even answer the phone is absolutely impossible and frustrating. The staff at the front desk is rude and unsympathetic. I actually witnessed them making disparaging comments about the doctor when out of ear shot. In this economy, this practice would be wise to clean house and start fresh with a office staff that's happy to be working in a thriving office.
Dr. Werbin Silver is nothing but patient and caring. She listens and doesn't treat you like just another number. The office staff could take a lesson from her.

I recently had an appointment for a sonogram with Dr. Werbin-Silver at the mount Kisco office. The staff failed to inform me that they moved to a new location so the original address I had was no longer correct. This resulted in me showing up to the wrong office (as did another one of this office's patients that same day) then when I called the office they were nothing but rude. They gave me the wrong address twice over the phone so I didn't get to the correct office for a good 45 minutes after my appointment. Upon entering the office I was abruptly asked by one of the women at the receptionist desk what I was there for and what the exact date of my last appointment was, two questions that she should have known the answers to being that it's common sense to pull up my records to find out the last time I was there. A receptionist at a doctors office should already be aware of why I am there for an appointment without me having to discuss that in the waiting room full of people . When I responded saying to her that I was there for a sonogram she asked "oh why are you pregnant?" and when I said no, she said "oh ok good." Then she began to ask "well I don't understand what are you having the sonogram for then?" To be honest I have never seen such unprofessional behavior like this and it was appalling to me that a receptionist would speak in such a way. As I sat and waited an hour in the waiting room to see my doctor, the phone conversations and the interactions the receptionists had with other patients were just unbelievable. The front desk at this office literally had no clue what they were doing and came off completely incompetent, which is not a pleasant experience for me when I go to a doctors office. If it wasn't for the fact that I thought Dr. Werbin-Silver was such a good doctor, I would absolutely have changed doctors because I certainly shouldn't have to be late and wait two hours for something that could've easily been fixed if the receptionists had a better handle on their job. I also shouldn't be asked from a receptionist if I have any co-pays because again that's something they should know already. Common sense. From the moment I stepped into the office to the time I left, I was very displeased with the lack of professionalism the receptionists had. They were rude, disrespectful, and completely unaware of what was going on, which made the office appear chaotic and unorganized.

Like her ..... But she is never on time. I believe it's a scheduling issue ...not hers. I will be bringing my teenage daughters to her also . Interested to see if they like her....

Dr. Silver is such a doll! I trust her whole heartedly, and always feel extremely well informed when leaving her office. Sticking with her!
