We call him Dr No. This physician runs the dangerous practice of diagnosing by numbers and flow charts when clearly not everyone fits into those "norms". If you don't exactly fit the protocol - "No Treatment For You!". On more than one occasion this Dr offered up false risk stats. This guy could care less about you. Live or die, it's no concern to him. Fitting the protocol is far more important to him than truly being a doctor. I have dealt with this guy enough times to more than greatly suspect that most of the positive reviews here are likely planted. To the doctor - Its great for your patients to know you are knowledgeable. But its far better for your patients to know you care. You also fail at this.

Amazed that he is allowed to practice medicine. Acts like a petulant child, suggesting he knows EVERYTHING. A danger to the good folks in Barry’s Bay. Be better.

Very knowledgeable but negligent towards LTC. He also openly yells at staff and has tantrums if not given his way. LTC management tolerates this as he is their personal MD.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Perfect location beside the hospital in town. So happy to find a doctor open to new patients. He scheduled both me and my elderly aunt together which saved time. Thanks. Blessings.

Unfortunately this doctor isn’t as great as he was when he first started his practice in the area. No appointments available for weeks and often told to meet him at the ER department for his shift - even for non emergent matters. Disappointing that they do not keep urgent same day appointments to prevent local ER visits. When you do go to meet him in the ER you’re waiting in the ER for hours for a regular 20-30 min office visit (makes sense as there are actual emergencies present). When you do get an office visit, waiting 30mins to an hour in the waiting room due to him being behind schedule. Nurse often isn’t in office therefore he doesn’t have that assistance at appointments. Personally was given medication that should not have been prescribed with other medical conditions that I have, then to have him call days later asking me not to take the medication after realizing it shouldn’t have been prescribed in the first place.

This man should not be practicing medicine. He picks and chooses who he likes and how he treats his patients bares on his own biases. He dismissed my health concerns which were quickly and properly diagnosed shortly after I left his practice. Validity was a huge step in moving on from the trauma that was incurred during my time as this man's patient. BEWARE!

He has been absolutely wonderful, including his staff. Very hard working, dedicated to helping people. We are very lucky to have him for our family doctor.
