I am very disappointed with Dr. Levasseur. He is telling patients that he can't treat them because he doesn't get paid enough.

Above and beyond patient with this patient;, he endured my hyper anxiety and finished the procedure allowing me a break to re-group, breath, re-set. Explained every step of the way, offered alternatives and although I couldn't be calmed - he persevered with me and the procedure so that I am done and retina repair is probably all I'll ever need.

great doctor and surgeon... but the wait times at the center is unbearable.. you come at 10 and wait more than 2 hrs each time.. so if you have an appointment clear the rest of the day and dont have any other appointments..

People that complain about long wait times should be thankful that we in Canada are able to see doctors and eye specialists without cost. If you have a problem waiting, perhaps you should foot the $$$ and pay for exams yourself.

After a retinal test was detected by routine optometrist appt, I was referred to retinal clinic. Had laser surgery performed by Dr Pisig who works with Dr Levasseur. One month follow up appt with Dr levasseur where he explained everything again and explained what symptoms to watch for; if any appear call office ASAP.
. He made me feel well taken care of. Professional. Knowledgeable.

I saw Dr. Steve Daniel Levasseur at the Abbotsford clinic on McCallum . He was wonderful, kind, caring & respectful ~ especially great with me as I am a Senior. He takes time to explain the situation so one can understand. The Staff were great as well, especially the nurse.
