I have couple of Gastroscopy before in different clinic but I think Dr. Stephen Taylor and the Bay Gastroenterology clinic was the best best.

Dr. Taylor has provided the most outstanding care to me for the past three years. He has performed multiple procedures on me including colonoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, and gastroscopy. He is kind, caring, compassionate and goes the extra mile for all his patients. He truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients. His right hand person Kristen has helped with life on a biologic and has been truly amazing. My inflammatory bowel disease is now in remission and my quality of life has been greatly improved. Thank you!

Dr Taylor did not help me at all
Only thing he was interested in was doing a colonoscopy
and I had upper GI issues that were very disturbing for me
He did not help me at all with Upper GI issues which were serious
He didn't explain to me my condition even after the results came in for my Barium swallow which showed the results If I did not ask for my results I would still be waiting for them. Only appt I had was Via Phone call he never saw me in person
I give him only 1 star i would give 0 stars if alvb

Just saw Dr Taylor for some tests he was very thorough, knowledgeable but above all attentive to what I had to say even though he was crazy busy helping other patients. He calls when he says he will, books appointments fir you in real time, this a great specialist easy 5 stars!

This was my first visit at the Rudd clinic for a colonoscopy and overall was very positive. The nurses were wonderful. So were the doctors. Dr Taylor worked collaboratively with me to determine the best course action regarding anesthesia. I felt like my wishes were heard and I understood their assessment needs. The nurses in the recovery room were exceptional too. This was much nicer than my first colonoscopy at another clinic with different staff, which was much less pleasant. Thank you.

Hi Dr Taylor, You diagnosed my mom for potential colorectal cancer on June 11th 2023 but I was too shocked to ask any useful questions yesterday.
