I had a wonderful experience with Dr Power . She was professional, punctual and friendly. My procedure was completed in a very timely manner with no discomfort. I’ve experienced more pain ripping off a bandaid. Her staff is also very welcoming and her office is smartly designed and is located conveniently . I highly recommend Dr Power.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Power and her team. I had a ‘Mommy Makeover’ February 2023, and I am beyond happy with my results. Dr. Power was there for me every step of the way, every call, email and concern I may of had. She was absolutely amazing, if you’re ever considering a surgery please consider Dr. Power!!

I had a labiaplasty done over a year ago with fantastic results. They’ve really set a new standard for cosmetic surgery care - I was careful in choosing her because of all my anxieties about how wrong this procedure could go. Forever grateful I trusted my intuition.
1. Accommodating office and surgeon: There was a limited window I could get it done and they made sure I could be seen in that window. Also believe they provide financing options should you need it.
2. Communication: Dr Power made sure she talked me through it all ahead of time, calmed my nerves by calling me directly when I had a last minute questions, automated texts assuring patients prior to the procedure. Kind staff who are there the moment you need them via email or call. Clear after care.
3. Comfortable environment: Never felt judged, uncomfortable, or objectified. This was different than any other plastic surgeons office I’ve been in. She made sure I knew my natural anatomy was normal to begin with. Dr power also keeps the conversation going while it’s being done to distract you.
4. Beautiful results: Her professional word was genuine. My results surpassed my expectations… she listened to what I wanted and showed me before doing anything. It fits my body and looks like how my labia was meant to be naturally. Now it’s cleaner and easier to manage down there, no change in sensation and no pain (these were my initial concerns). If anything it’s more pleasurable!
5. Knowledgeable: She clearly knows what she’s doing and understands the anatomy well.

You’ll never satisfy everyone but my experience with Dr. Power has been exceptional. I’ve seen her twice in the past 4 years and she’s always been professional, punctual, approachable and willing to answer questions. Her new office is great and easily accessible via TTC. I question these negative reviews as it’s the opposite of what I’ve experienced. If you’re having a consult, it’s key to do your own research and come in with pinpoint questions. Of course she is busy, any respectable doctor would be. I find her pricing right in line for procedures compared to others in her field. If you have an issue with pricing, then go elsewhere. Honestly, feels like some of these negative reviews are BS.

very unprofessional doctor. You made me extremely uncomfortable and wasted half of my day. What’s wrong with you? You couldn’t help me and you just put me on a bad path to be ‘helped’ by a bunch of clueless people. Worst experience with a physician I’ve ever had. I wish I hadn’t visited the clinic when you were there.

Great experience, Dr. Power is very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and all the info about my plastic surgery, the results are gorgeous, and honestly way better than I expected. Very convenient location if you are downtown. The only drawback is their office hours, I wish it were sometimes after regular business hours.

Wow. What is up with these negative reviews? I think a jealous competitor is out to get you Dr. Power. That is the only explanation I have. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed by you a few years ago and your patient and caring approach was unmatched and the scar is flat and hardly noticeable. Unless you have done a 180 and have turned into a completely different person (LOL) I would not hesitate a millisecond to come see you again for any skin procedure.

Honestly the worst experience ever. Lack of due diligence. Overcharged. Gave the wrong advice at every turn. Messed up the procedure and caused me a year of pain and an overnight trip to emergency. Run far. Don't trust the good reviews. Other doctors scoffed at the mention of her name. Run.
