Dr. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful doctor over all! I have always been happy with his service and how down to earth he is. The receptionist is where I have issues. She never returns calls. I've been waiting over a year for vaccination records and I have just accepted that I will never get them. It's very unfortunate because she is the first point of contact and I don't think it reflects how great he really is.

Doctor Kelly and his assistant are magnificent. Dr Kelly takes all his time to understand us and understand our needs despite our origins. Best pediatrician I have seen in 10 years

There is no doctor on earth like Dr. Kelly. He is kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He makes everyone feel like they matter, from his patients (the kids) to the parents. He will go above and beyond to make sure your child gets the care they need. And Nadine, his office manager, is a great person who works very hard to help you.

Dr. Kelly has been our kids Dr. since they were born. He is the best Pediatrician in Ottawa. We are so lucky to have him as our kids' doctor. Very helpful, extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

There is no doctor like Dr. KELLY the way he is taking care of my daughter and me and my family is unlike any person I've ever met I tell them off and that I am a fan but mostly I am in envy and his character his strength his brilliance and the incredible human way he H with my daughters life-threatening reflection.

With all the positive reviews, I had to share our experience - which was TERRIBLE! Our visits with Dr. Kelly were pleasant enough but the follow up was awful. Referrals my daughter needed were never sent, and after months of unreturned calls or simply no machine to even leave a message we were lucky enough to find somewhere to transfer care. If our daughter didn’t have incredibly kind specialists at CHEO to help navigate her needs (which were totally unrelated to their specialty), she may have never gotten what she needed.
