Dr Mathew is the best doctor I ever had...he is so thorough and listens to concerns. I would like to thank Dr Mathew for his professionalism and his kind and caring manner. He truly is s credit to his profession and I feel very fortunate to call him my Family Doctor.

Dr. Mathew is beyond helpful. He genuinely cares about his patients and will do anything to ease anxiety regarding a medical issue or if it’s serious he will make all the appropriate moves and consults to ensure you get seen instead of waving it off. Cannot say enough good things about him. So lucky he’s my family doc.

Whether your appt is a telephone or in person,Dr. Mathew is thorough and very concerned about his patients. We had the same family doctor for over 55 years and did not know what to expect but we are extremely pleased. If Dr. Mathew is not sure of something he will send you to a specialist too be sure. We have no issues at all about him, he is almost perfect.

I had what I thought was a medical issue yesterday and phoned Dr Mathew’s Office to make an appointment to see him in person. When I spoke to his secretary, Louise, I was expecting to get an appoint within a week or 2. I phoned the office at around 11 am and once I explained my concerns she advised that Dr Mathew could see me at 4pm today which pleasantly surprised me.
When I met with Dr Mathew and explained my issue he was very quick to assure me that the issue was not as serious as I felt it was . His reassuring words calmed me down considerably. He took the time to examine and address all my concerns. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure he was doing everything in his scope of practice. Dr Mathew took his time with me, seeing that I was anxious. He was able to get me an appointment later in the evening to get my blood taken to rule out any hemoglobin issues. Before I left his office he rescheduled another appointment to see him the next day for a follow up. I left the office feeling so much better. The next day follow up went well.
I would like to thank Dr Mathew for his professionalism and his kind and caring manner. He truly is s credit to his profession and I feel very fortunate to call him my Family Doctor.

I have had Dr. Shan Mathew since I retired from the Canadian Armed Forces in 2020. My appointments with him have been in person and via telehealth. I have found him to be an excellent doctor, very disciplined/efficient, thorough, always punctual, accommodating and understanding; extremely professional. His medical support and guidance has helped me through several health conditions/injuries/issues. I find his medical care/advise is logical and well explained. Thank you Dr. Mathew you are greatly appreciated.
