I was dreading my appointment but was absolutely thrilled with the out come, three front teeth pulled with no pain. He put all my fears to rest... I am no longer afraid and will definitely go to him for any future extraction.

A truly wonderful surgeon. Very warm and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable in an anxious and tense environment. I had to have three teeth removed followed by bone grafting for implants. It was very overwhelming for me but Dr. Tjandra was able to explain the entire plan to me and now I have teeth again. It was a lengthy process but I felt very comfortable throughout and everything went as planned. He is very competent and easy to relate to. I would recommend home to friends and family without hesitation.

I was recently diagnosed with a maxillary cyst and referred to Dr Tjandra by my dentist. I was so nervous as it was a front tooth and had been told by another oral surgeon that I would loose the tooth and maybe the one beside it. I didn’t want to waste any time as Christmas was nearing and it was affecting how I eat. I called the office on a Thursday, had a consult on Monday and surgery the following Thursday. Dr Tjandra and the office staff are wonderful and keep in touch with your progress and recovery. The surgery went great, no real pain and my foot tooth was saved! They will follow up with 6 month check to see how the bone graft is taking. It was scary to me but turns out I had nothing to fear here, very professional and skilled 😁

I had oral surgery at two times, a long story but cut short is Dr. Tjandra is a wonderful doctor, good listener, good communication with my signing language interpreter so l had surgeries over at Hamilton General then staying overnight because of heart and lung conditions. I recommend him if you need for repair a jaw or wisdom teeth and multiple teeth extraction. Deaf patient 🙂

I recently got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience. Although I was sedated, the surgery was quick and pain-free. Staff and nurses were so kind, professional and well-prepared.

I just got my wisdom teeth out last week and had a great experience at Parkview. The staff are absolutely lovely, everyone is so professional and they are always on time (even early if you get there early). My surgeon Dr. Tjandra was clearly skilled (although I was under anaesthetic, so didn't witness his skills). For example, my teeth weren't impacted and were all out, but from following their clear instructions, I've had very little pain or swelling and it seems to be healing very well! Moreover, in my consultation, before the surgery, and my follow up, Dr. Tjandra and the staff were all very clear and concise with their instructions but also obviously willing and ready to answer any and all questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for an oral & maxillofacial surgeon, and especially for people maybe a little nervous about getting wisdom teeth 100% would recommend as they are very comforting and willing to assuage any fears or anxiety! Thanks for a lovely experience for something that isn't that pleasant.

Sean took out my daughter's wisdom teeth and she had no issues whatsoever! She was so scared to have surgery and be sedated but he was very reassuring to her and everything went perfectly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Lovely office and staff as well!

Genuinely wonderful experience. Dr. Tjandra took out an infected tooth caused by a bad root canal and rebuilt the area with a bone graft. After a few months of healing he did an implant for me and now I can eat properly again. I don't have much faith in dentists but he is definitely one you can trust. Definitely recommend.
