Dr. Cruise is an amazing doctor. He treated my daughter in the emerg. Dr. Cruise was beyond professional, kind, and caring. Took the time to answer all my questions. Was very patient. Most importantly his bedside manner with my 7 year old daughter was incredible. He asked her questions, told her what he was doing and reassured her. He waited with her until she woke up from her procedure. Excellent care from a fantastic doctor. Fantastic doctor!

RUN! This is a terrible doctor who can not even look at you. I literally had to put my life in this mans hands and I thought I was going to die. He is very raw (new) and has not one clue how to treat a human being with respect. He kept repeating himself like he was trying to convince himself he was saying the right stuff. Try a little compassion with your next victim. You are never going to make it!

Could not have had a worse experience. Terrible bedside manner. He was rude, curt, and seemed very unsure of himself. Left me feeling worse than when I arrived for my visit. A second opinion by a more experienced MD completely contradicted Sean’s interpretation of my symptoms, which have resolved under the care of my new doctor.
The reviews describing this jerk as charming and approachable could only have been written by the doctor himself. Makes me sick.

Unlike most walk-in docs, Dr. Cruise took his time with me. He listened to everything I said, and asked several follow up questions. He even followed up with a personal phone call to see how I was doing later that day. I will visit him again!
