I agree with the previous comment, Dr. Sam is a nice doctor, professional, and compassionate. But the office manager in this clinic is not suitable for the office manager role, unfortunately. Senior office manager is extremely rude, arrogant, neglecting patients, and front desk staff, putting down patient's, and her front desk staff. She is bossing around her staff at the front desk, and doing nothing herself, every time we come we are seeing her doing nothing, hanging around. So true, what is written below, as the Senior Office Manager is not appropriate for this job.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH DR. SAM VIJAYAN HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. HE IS KNOWLEDGABLE, KIND AND DOES NOT "HAVE HIS HAND ON THE DOOR HANDLE. HE TAKES TIME WITH YOU AND IS SO UNDERSTANDING. I PERSONALLY HAVE A DIFFICULT FILE AND MANY HEALTH ISSUES. THIS DOCTOR HAS TAKEN FAR MORE TIME WITH ME THAN ANY DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH. HE ANSWERS MYK QUESTIONS , AND IF HE DOES NOT KNOW SOMETHING HE WILL FIND OUT THE ANSWER. HE IS STRICT WITH MY DRUGS THAT I NEED, AND I KNOW HE HAS TO BE. I AM IN PAIN A LOT OF THE TIME, AND HE KNOWS IT AND HE CARES.
I AM CONCERNED ABOUT ONE MEMBER OF HIS STAFF WHO TREATS THE YOUNGER AND NEWER M.O.A.'S YOU CAN IMAGINE HEARING HER RESPONSE ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE WHEN SHE SAYS...WHEN THERE ARE THREE OF THEM...." SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PHONE IN MY PRESCSRIPTION REFILLS EIGHT DAYS PRIOR TO NEEDING THEM. THAT WAS NOT TRUE, BUT I STILL DO IT. I DON'T WANT TO GET ON THE WRONG SIDE OF HER. THERE IS A NEW YOUNGER M.OA. THERE RIGHT NOW, AND I KNOW SHE IS SCARED OF THIS OLDER WOMAN, BUT I AM FEARFUL OF SAYING ANYTHING. I JUST WANT HIM TO CONSIDER THE YOUNGER WOMEN AND ALSO LISTEN TO HIS ANSWERING MACHINE. IF SHE IS IN THE BACK, AND A YOUNG MOA TELLS SOMEONE THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY MORE 'WALK IN PATIENTS'..... FROM THE BACK SHE HEARS, "NO, THAT IS NOT TRUE, JUST BOOK HIM IN!... A NEW PATIENT THE DOCTOR HAS NEVER SEEN BEFORE! IMAGINE HOW THAT NEW M.O.A. FELT WHEN SHE WAS DOING WHAT SHE WAS TOLD AND THE OLDER WOMAN BY-PASSED TGE RULES. WE WERE NOT WAITING THAT LONG AND SHE LISTENED TO THE YOUNGER TWO ALL THE TIME FROM THE BACK ROOM AND CONTRADICTED THEM TWICE. I WAS BURNING LET ME TELL Y OU. I AM A RETIRED NURSE, AND MY BLOOD WAS BOILING. THEY HAVE NO TIME TO SAY "PHYSICIANS OFFICE, OR DOCTOR'S OFFICE,OR GOOD MORNING" IN A PLEASANT VOICE. TWO HAVE ALREADY LEFT. I WENT IN ASKING TO USE THE MACHINE TO TAKE MY SATS. THE OLDER WOMAN WALKED ME INTO A ROOM AND THEN LEFT THE YOUNGER M.O.A. WITH ME, AND I KNOW SHE DID NOT KNOW WHICH BUTTON TO PRESS TO GET THE SATURATION LEVELS. SHE WAS SCARED.... AND UP COMES THE OLDER M.O.A. I QUIETLY ASKED THE YOUNGER MOA IF SHE WAS SCARED OF HER, AND SHE SAID "TES". HOW MUCH LONGER WILL THIS PRETTY PLEASANT ORIENTAL LADY STAY THERE? DOUBTFUL NOT VERY LONG, AND WE REALLY LIKE HER. AND MY DOCTOR DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! I RAMBLE. I AM SORRY.

I love Doctor Vijayan,

I love his staff too.

He has been my Doctor for close to 5 years now.

There was my former Dr, previous to Dr. Vijayan, and his name was Dr. Adrienn Windt.

I am lucky to have Dr. Vijayan as my Doctor.

He's patient, he's understanding, and he always looks professional too.

Piece of s**t SEXIST doctor, not only doesn’t know how to talk but is completely oblivion to the concept of mutual respect and other people’s time. One of those people who thinks if they have a doctors degree from somewhere so they own their patients and their employees. A typical textbook example of what kind of professionals should not be allowed in the field. (He is not professional in any ethical way). This world is a small place dude. It will come around and teach you a lesson, Not by me or any other women you harassed but people who will literally put you in your place and show your real place. Justice shall prevail and it will be served.

Dr Vijayan sees my whole family and is the best doctor we have all ever had. He is so compassionate and caring. He never makes you feel judged or uncomfortable. He is very thorough and I never feel rushed at my appointments.

So happy to have found Dr. Vijayan after my doctor of 25+ years retired. I find Dr. Vijayan to be very kind, knowledgeable, and he really listens to what you have to say! His staff are very kind too.
