Be rest assured that whatever Dr Lachman tells you about your condition needs no 2nd opinion. He is very thorough and precise in his diagnosis. I battled with leg and back pain for a few years to a point I was losing feeling on my right leg. Dr Lachman did a L4/L5/S1 fusion and decompression of the nerves, I am happy to report that I walked out the hospital 4 days after the op with no pain on my legs or back. This is my 2nd week out the hospital and making steady progress. Thank you Dr Lachman and team. God bless.

Dr Lachman operated on me for a subdural hematoma. At the age of 90 the outcome was borderline. I came out of the op to find that my mind was unimpaired. I can only put this down to the skill of his surgery. I have made a full recovery.

Dr Lachman is an amazing doctor with a really great bedside manner. He, together with Dr Vivien Rajah, performed surgery to remove a recurrent brain tumor and managed to remove every trace of the tumor as evidenced by a follow up MRI scan. Dr Lachman made sure that me and my family understood my diagnosis and everything related to the surgery well in advance. I would highly recommend Dr Lachman.

I AM MRS K NDEBELE HAD A DECOMPRESSION IN MAY 2022 AND A ENDOSCOPIC L5-S1 IN JULY 2023 BY DOCTOR S S LACHMAN. THIS PROCEDURE POST OP WAS WITH NO PAIN AND HEALED FASTER THAN MY THE FIRST ONE . MORE CONVENIENT AND EVEN LESS HOSPITAL STAY .

I suffered for two years plus with back and right leg pain. Was booked for back fusion then went for second opinion to Dr luchmann and advised to do lyposcopic surgery as a less evasive means. Best decision I made. I am 100% pain free and feel great. I will adivse anyone to try this as it worked for me. I wa back at work after 1 week performing my duties as a engineer as normal. Greatly appreciate all Dr Lutchmann has done for.me

If ever I met a doctor that was rude and unhelpful it was Dr Lachman. The very first encounter was when I called his cell only to be told its his private no. I explained I need to make an appointment with you please can I have the landline then he gave it to me. When the app was made went to his room for my consultation his phone never stopped ringing taking my time. He barely spent any time with me most 7 minutes which I paid cash 1000.00. Thereafter he wanted me admitted to do mri at augustine hosp. His staff phoned medical aid got authorization no and was admitted. Only to be told 2 days later the authorization no is declined and I need to pay 20000.00 the Dr barely spent any time in my ward discussing my problem his phone continously rang. I was so disturbed when medical aid canceled this I spoke to Dr to assist me he told me he's he does not do financial he's a neurosurgeon. I was shocked was so unhelpful. When I asked for motivational letter from him I phoned him he was shouting and screaming on the phone did not give me or my husband a chance to talk he called his staff member a puppet working for him, normally doctors are very kind and calm but I will never ever recommend this doctor to anyone. Very rude abrupt . Disappointed that I even saw him and no treatment at all was given to me. Shocking
