I used to drive very far to see an eye doctor, he was prompt, honest and relaxed. He’s sexy too! His receptionist was kind and quick. He got a tad confusing regarding some paperwork but it wasn’t anything to worry about.

Dr. Sam is the best, he is caring, kind and smart. We have been with him for almost 18 years and would recommend him highly. He really cares about his patients.

I only rate the staff poor, Dr. is great have been with him for 17 years he is kind helpful and so smart, we tolerate the staff for his sake.

The staff is rude and does NOT communicate important information, such as co-pays due at time of visit or trying to charge a patient to have medical records sent to another competent eye doctor, this is unacceptable. The staff also gave me a letter with an sickening message which read as follows: "Without proper medical follow up, you run the risk of dmaging your vision and possible blindness" .... This "scare tactic" is not going to make patients stay with this "specialist". The staff needs lessons on how to deal with patients, especially when the mistakes are made by the staff & NOT the patient. I would NEVER recommend this eye dr, with the rudest staff, to anyone!!!!!
