If I could give a negative rating I would probably give him a -5 rating. Waiting time is ridiculous, staff is rude, and Dr. is just interested in how many people he can get in and out as fast as possible. It's all about the money! I went there with a detached retina doctor performed months and months worth of gas injections, cataract surgery. When he couldn't get my retina to stay, he kept just putting more gas in! The last time I went I asked him if it would work and he was nonchalant and said "no it will probably fall once the gas escapes again". I left their upset went to another doctor and he performed surgery and put a buckle on my eye. My retina stayed in place, however the damage from all the gas injections had done it's damage and I will never have site in that Eye again and he damaged my optic nerve! Also caught him reusing instruments that were used on other patients without being sterlized, and I believe he infected me with herpes doing this! But there is no way of proving this even though I have been celebate for many years!

Can one give a MINUS star? As others have noted don't go to this doctor unless you are ready to wait easily for 3 hours. This place is a cattle barn!!! That's especially disgraceful when they know their patients are DIABETICS.

The office was crowded and Dr. Feldman was rude and in a rush. He did explain what was going on with my eye in a hurry and said I would have to go see another Dr. I was not happy and I will not be going back even though I was rushed to make a return appt. unhappy camper.

Went to Dr Feldman for approximately a year with retina problem. He performed 2 operations on me. I developed a terrible infection which he at long last diagnosed as a yeast infection. This was after many visits. My eyesight was almost entirely gone in the eye. So after a very long time of disappointment and frustration, I lost my eye! I feel that if I would have been properly diagnosed and treated I would have two healthy eyes instead of only one!

I started going to Feldman June 2012 with a SERIOUS eye infection. We waited nearly 3hrs before we saw him.I had a D/Retina, had many surgeries with him eye never got better.I was ok with that, never had an appt where I didn't wait at least 3hrs.Recently went back for ck up and was told I needed glasses, so went to walmart optical dept and Dr.told me my macular was leaking and I could loose vision if it's not corrected immediately. I have since left Dr.Feldman and now go to Sakowitz in Orange City.Dr. Feldman was always in a rush, get them in and get them out!! He had done about 6 surgeries on my Detached retina eye, gas in, gas out, several times and finally did the sclera buckle which the retina has remained attached.I had to have my cornea scraped by the new Dr.which cleared up the redness in my L eye.Why didn't Feldman do this?? Why did he tell me to get glasses when the macular was leaking.I only have vision in my R eye, don't want to loose that with an incompetent Dr.!!!!!!

She gav my hubby n eye exam & said he needs glasses. I said, "He has strabismus/retina det." She argued w/us for 1/2 hr & then sent n a Dr to intimid us. He spent the entire time chattering & blowing his breath on the optics he uses 2 exam peoples eyes--bad habit & unsanitary. After talking 4-12 min, he asked abt our edu. After we explained we were Drs he bked down. We're Drs who know how to do math Ph.Ds. He exam my hubby & then agreed we needed to c their retina spec Dr Feldman--whom we had orig md the appt to c. Dr. Feldman entered angry, haughty, & tried to challenge our intell. Once he asked my hubby what he did 4 a living, he calmed down & exam him. Dr Feldman operated on my eye for a cataract and put in an IOL. The IOL was put in wrong. He removed the IOL and then my retina collapsed. These things left me blind in that eye. He went on for 2 years telling me that we just had to wait for the pressure to return. I got a second and third opinion and both ophthalmologists said I will no longer be able to see with that eye--ever.
