I was referred to Dr. Kelly for a persistent problem that ended up requiring minor surgery.
Dr. Kelly put me at ease from my first visit with him. He had a very caring manner, and took time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. Because of this I was not at all nervous about the surgery. Wonderful doctor!!
His staff were very nice and were quick to return my calls.

He’s like having your buddy or your favourite nephew be your surgeon. Knowledge and communication second to none. Completely trustworthy. I saw him for emergency surgery and felt safe in his hands.

Excellent surgeon that I was referred to for breast cancer surgery. Surgery went well, minimal scar and no obvious disfigurement. He arranged for my cancer treatments in Halifax. Overall a very nice doctor and very competent surgeon. Lost points for an extremely long wait in waiting room for a follow up appointment, 2 plus hours. Hopefully this scheduling glitch has been fixed. Staff were very nice and asked if I wanted to rebook so it was my choice to wait since I live far away.

Dr Kelly is an excellent surgeon. He is easy to talk to, has a friendly manner.
I had Dr kelly operate on me twice. He is very focused, and professional in the operating room.
When he talks to you, he looks right at you, and tells it direct to you. I would trust him with my life.
His staff are very friendly, professional and caring. They also talk highly of Dr. Kelly.
They genuinely seem satisfied and content in their work.

Dr. Kelly is the best, so very kind and so easy to talk to. Has all the time to listen and explain your condition. We here in the valley are so fortunate he has decided to work here at Valley Regional Hospital in Kentville, NS. He saw me through a difficult time in my life and I know he will still be there for me in the future. Thank you dear Dr Kelly.

I've been waiting over 3 years, for a follow up appointment for breast and nipple pain. I've had 6 diffrent referals sent over a period of 3 years and all of them have been ignored. I've been diregarded and ignored for so long and the pain has only progressed and gotten worst. Apon calling his satff numrous times they all deny having me on file, having recieved a referal at all, and completly incompenattne to the fact that I've been a patient before, They've replied to each referal saying tehy'd get me in as soon as possible yet when I call to try to confirm an appointment I'm told that they've nevr recived a referal for me. I'm highly frustrated and will be resquesting to see a diffrent doctor since Dr. Kelly and his team want to ignore me and my concerens for my health.
