I waited an hour and a half in a virtual waiting room to speak with a nurse practitioner who couldn't advise me about when my elderly mom (who currently has shingles) could get her Covid booster -- this NP said she is not a proponent of the Covid vaccine (does not believe in the vaccine or boosters) and therefore couldn't advise me on that. Would have preferred a doctor who believes in science and vaccines; so disappointed.
