Made appointment with her and she confirmed with me the day before. She took all my new patient info plus my credit card, when I gave her my insurance info that she 'supposedly accepts'. I called at my appt. time and she was all disheveled and had forgot my appt. I made the remark that it didn't make me feel fuzzy and she blasted me yelling "I will not be disrespected by a MAN!" and she "can tell I'm an alcoholic"(over the phone). Only problem is I do not drink...
Complete unprofessional with a severe attitude?! There's compassion for you (ha), but she did come from Riverview so I understand.
