Dr. Rob Cappell is the best Dentist that I've ever gone to and I've been going to him since 1985. I've taken my whole family to him and my kids have always thought of Rob as the greatest! He loves to joke with the kids and this makes for a great Dentist! My kids ALWAYS looked forward to going to see Rob and staff - if you can believe that! My experience with Dentists before Rob Cappell was horrible but Rob was a cut above the rest and I saw this the first time I met him. He always wants his patients to get the best and most up to date care.

Worst doctor ever! He treats his patients and staff so horrible. He swears at his staff and makes them feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. He should not be a doctor and his license should be reviewed and I will be contacting the labour board with this issue.

Lets first start on the fact one week after they were allowed to open with the pandemic I went to see my dentist. The staff is second to none, and knowing the staff, no matter how safe Dr. Rob will make the place, I can tell you the staff will increase that safety factor and they did. The dentist office was well maintained, cleaned and protocols that the government has established for dentistry office were well established and the staff took the protocols and went even to a higher level. Safety is there number one objective for the patient and themselves. This place makes you feels like you are family, everyone is so helpful, so caring and wanting you to have the best experience you will ever have at a dentist office. I know most of the staff by name, as well they know my name. I can go on and say great things about Dr. Rob, but my best comment would be this: Seeing is believing, he is the real deal when it comes to a dentist, you don't believe me. Than go see him for a routine examination. What's the worst that could happen, he could save your teeth!! and have a great smile afterwards... Dr Rob listened to my concerns and was thorough with his assessment. He taught me a ton during my initial visit. I've never been to an office where I was treated like a VIP the whole time. Top notch service. Thank you all - M

This was BEST dental visit ever. Dr. Cappell listened to what I came in for and then educated me on what my options were. He seemed to be very experienced in how he explained what would happen if we just fixed the chipping on my front teeth, but showed me why this keeps on happening and if we changed the way I bite down that would fix this from happening over and over again. No one has ever taken this much time with me to educate me and show me why this is happening. I am so happy I chose him and this office. I feel very comfortable and confident that he will always look out for whats best for me as a patient. Thank you to Dr. Cappell and his amazing team :)

I've been a patient for over 10 years, was dreading having my implants done, but Dr Cappell put me at ease and I have never felt more confident about my smile. I wouldn't trust any other dentist!

I’ve never met a more unprofessional Dr. He was late, had horrible breath and when I mentioned my guns were extra sensitive and to be careful said, “don’t be a baby”. I highly discourage you from visiting this sub par dentist.

The cost structure does not make sense to me. I get charged different amounts for cleaning. Although it is paid by insurance, I am detail-oriented and like to understand exactly what I am paying for so I can plan my budget better. Unfortunately, the staff do not understand how the cost structure work and their estimates are way to low everytime. I've been a patient for a few years but the lack of helpfulness is driving me nuts. Great doctors. However, the hygenist are not efficient with time.

Phenomenal Dr. who was able to correct a bite issue I had been having on the left side of my mouth for years! Love the staff, the office and cannot say enough about how the bite issue is finally gone thanks to Dr. Cappell!
