Doctor Sayed has a great bedside manner. Always takes the time to discuss my health and doesn't rush the exam.

I have left maybe 3-5 reviews in my life. This review covered 2 visits and related experiences. Went to Dr 6 weeks ago and he ordered a CT Scan, waited 1.25 hrs before was told insurance needed more info and Dr had not provided the additional info.

2nd visit arrived at 2:50 pm, not seen until 4:50 pm. Everyone but 1 person was gone, light off.

Over 2 visits medication was incorrect and during a call was told no medication was ordered, I pushed and pushed, finally said “oh here it is.” Same visits had a couple of things and both times Dr had closed the laptop and was leaving before addressing issues.

Why not let the Dr. know? After multiple visits of feeling a “bother” and over 6 weeks spending 4+ hrs and numerous phones calls just trying to get on to their patient portal. To this day I have no access to the portal

My time, my health, and my life are worth more than this. I need a doctor who respects my time, me, and my health needs (which are very limited0.

Dr is very smart and was the reason I went to him and sad that the office and time management is so inefficient.

I wish you the best and maybe better luck with your experiences.

He has been my primary care doctor since he moved to Smyrna in 2018. He is always available and supportive when you need him. I could write a book but will leave it with this. I highly recommend him and do to my family and friends.

Dr Sayed and his staff are excellent it starts at the front Desk, this is what make a good experience April and Casey are also pleasant and greet you promptly. Then Darla she is so sweet and efficient always a smile on her face.. Katherine she is Dr Sayed new Nurse and I am sure she always will carry on the same attitude as everyone else has. Dr Sayed I hope none of you have to be in the hospital for three months, but I was and everyday with the exception of one weekend Dr Sayed came in my room everyday. He was my primary care Doctor, but I was under the care of my surgeon. Thank heavens I had a primary care like Dr Sayed to watch closely over my treatment plan and change what he did not approve of. I could never thank him enough for being the Doctor and person he is.

Dr. Sayed and his staff are excellent. They are far superior to what I have seen and had in the medical field.

Dr. Sayed is a nice person, but his medical diagnosis and knowledge are questionable.

After hearing my symptoms and without any additional tests to confirm his diagnosis, he said I had GERD. He then prescribed me PPI’s (Proton Pump Inhibitors) at a dose of 40 mg and gave me a print out with information about GERD. He told me I had to take the medication and follow a diet plan eliminating acidic foods for 3 months for the treatment.

However, he did not mention the issues/side effects of Proton Pump Inhibitors. This medication has been a nightmare to taper off after completing the 3 months he recommended. It has caused more problems than helped. I ended up going to a Gastroenterologists for an endoscopy due to no resolution from Dr. Sayed's treatment. I found out I had no GERD, but instead I had Functional Dyspepsia, and the medication Dr. Sayed prescribed me was causing more issues. Needless to say, I have a new Primary Care Physician and even she was surprised I was given this high dose medication in the first place.

Please be careful with Dr. Sayed diagnosis and the medication he prescribes, always get a second opinion.

Also, please do your own research about medication uses and side effects. I definitely learned a lesson from this experience I will never forget.
