Dr. Nallapati is a wonderful doctor. I must say, the best family doctor that I have ever had, in my lifetime. He is knowledgeable, gives you information in an easy to understand manner, goes over and above to help you with prescription costs and future appointments with specialists. If you have a call into Dr. Nallapati, he will call you back as soon as he can. I cannot say enough good about him. Both myself and my husband see Dr. Nallapati and we both feel the same--he is the best.

My daughter went in to be seen for a uti and Rajesh K Nallapati is the doctor she was given to see. He was extremely rude and told her not to come in for a uti unless she had more symptoms then what she had. However, she has had them before and knows the early signs of them. The office did test her urine and she tested POSITIVE for a uti ! Since my daughter and myself both work in healthcare we know the importance of early detection and this was unacceptable comments from a doctor ! He expressed that if she had a uti concern she should have went to the ED to be seen. I can tell you that is not preferred method for early symptoms of a uti. Further more when she asked him a question about other symptoms that she having and was unsure of if it was related to her uti or not, like, dizziness, nausea, weakness, tiredness ect his response was that she was only there to be seen for a uti and he was not there to help her with other symptoms. I am really taken back by the treatment she received since we have used Wellspan doctors since she was born and my other children do as well. I know they hold high standards and we are shocked and so I would not recommend this doctor to anyone ! He has a horrible bedside manner and is not concerned for patients ! His behavior was demeaning, discouraging and hostile.

Condescending, unhelpful, no bedside manner, I know three people that have left the practice because they were tired of having him as their doctor
