Unfortunately I felt like just one of a thousand patients all with the same issue so it was hardly necessary to take a proper history or give me time to articulate my concerns. His interest was more on the news and world affairs and I was uncomfortable when he expressed his opinions about politics/war during the appointment, and frustrated because it is not what I was paying for. I got some useful medical information but it was overall very tiring and I felt minimised and not seen as a person.

Wonderful man - in regards to menopause knowledge and treatment, he is phenomenal. I am under 40 and had been repeatedly dismissed by GPs as being too young for perimenopause - Professor Eden took my concerns seriously and confirmed I was in the menopausal transition, which has allowed me access to appropriate treatment (MHT). He was extremely caring and empathetic. He often has a long waitlist for an appointment, but is well worth the wait to see.

I have been seeing Professor John Eden for over 10 years. He has been my saving grace. He is patience. He listens. He cares he has a holistic approach to making sure that my voice is heard with a non- judgemental stance. I am so greatful and appreciative for all the assistance he has provided for me over years.

Worth travelling any distance to consult with Professor Eden. Really understands the difficulties of Menopausal Symptoms and how difficult it can be to maintain a happy and normal life as you get older.

If I can rate this higher I would this doctor is truely amazing doctor he listens he is caring he doesn't cast judgement on you. Honestly, I would not be here alive and well without this amazing doctor. I have been seeing him for years and still am hevis genuinely a humble human being who has the compassion to assist and work out complex problems this year world needs more doctors like him.

Absolutely the best doctor I have had care for me during unsettling times. I have a complex history and he fought for me and made sure I was heard. Extremely humble, kind and thoughtful. Please don't ever retire! The world needs more doctors like you.

I cannot rate Professor Eden high enough. He has been absolutely wonderful in treating me and his ongoing support is of excellent standard. Professor Edens secretary Di is always ready to help and makes attending this practice a pleasure.
