This so called "professional pretend to "faint" in front of me while i was in the waiting room. Dr.Nosrati was having an argument with her Manager at the time. Best academy performance. A great actress, as she lay on the floor, she called her boyfriend, and he told her to get off the phone and come home! Must pull these stunts often! Stay away from this office.

The dentist their did xrays snd then ghosted me. Now I may have a medical emergency i don’t know. They never called back for appointments and always say there booked. They just wanted xray money and now i may need to pay

Only got one cleaning and they only and that same day did xrays afterwards nothing tried to look good by making 2 day notice for appointments

Dr. Nila is very cold, unprofessional and down right rude with nothing good to say. Just disappeared after the procedure was finished without a word and left me with her assistant. The staff are fine, it's just her.
Actively looking for another dentist.

Front staff is wonderful.
However…. Nila immediately lost my business and respect.
There is a reason all of the recent reviews are so scathing as they are accurate and true.
Had many Dentists and never had anything negative prior. This was the most insulting, unprofessional, condescending person I have ever encountered in any service industry.
A formal complaint to the RCDSO to follow.

Front office staff are very pleasant. I found Dr Nila Nosrati very impatient, condescending & downright rude! Seems to care more about money than the welfare of her patients.

Condensending and rude. This dentist feels very full of herself and keeps suggesting unnecessary procedures to milk you for every dime. Went to a different dentist who laughed at her suggestions. I was stupid enough to let her redo one of my old fillings and its been in pain ever since. Would not recommend at all.

Some staff in the office are nice, but this dentist Nila Nosrati, definitely is not. Condescending and rude from appointment to appointment, does not make you feel warm and respected, seems to only care about herself. Wishy washy explanations on basic dental issues. Do not recommend coming back.

**THIS CLINIC PRICE GOUGES!!**

This Dentistry used to be owned by the very well-known dentist and dear friend, Dr. Lubin. Unfortunately, the clinic had switched owners and since then, the service has gone downhill.

Background:

I had a basic cleaning appointment booked with the clinic. My last cleaning was just over a year ago. I have always been worried about sensitivity during my cleaning so I let the hygienist know before my cleaning, however, while cleaning, the hygienist mentioned “I believe you just think your teeth are sensitive, but in reality, they are not!”. In addition, due to COVID-19, this clinic stated they are ONLY capable of preforming manual scaling (thus, obviously requiring more time). At the end of my 40 minute visit, I left with only half of my mouth cleaned and a bill of $167!. In fact, I was told this is the price even after a courtesy “discount” - wow that’s expensive!

When addressed, the clinic secretary manager (Ellen), whom was very unprofessional, used the excuse of “it has been a long time since cleaning and he is very sensitive”. This does not seem to be true to the hygienists assessment - who affirmed that my teeth are in fact NOT sensitive!! The clinic manager said: “we follow the pricing guideline by the dental association, if you are unhappy you can shop around and go to another dentist” - once again, very unprofessional!

After the visit, I contacted 3 other dental offices and inquired about their cost for cleaning which ranged from $120-150 for the entire mouth!!! After telling them that I paid $167 for half my mouth, they were all confused as to how it could be so expensive!!

I am very unsatisfied with how this clinic has become under this new leadership.

Dr. Nila is a very knowledgeable and personable dentist who communicates with her clients very effectively. She explains the process of the procedures to put you at ease and is transparent about her treatments and costs. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with her staff and herself. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a reliable dentist that puts the best interest of her patients before her own.
