Very happy that I have Dr Luong. She listens and does everything she can to find what’s wrong to help me. She cares, is on time and I like her. The staff at her office are Great too!

Doctor and recently staff have become short with people. Dr. Nancy Luong tends to jump to conclusions early on in the visit and provides unsolicited comments that have nothing to do with the visit. Several misdiagnosis over the years and we have caught her using Google for answers on several occasions. Only with her still because have not found another doctor to switch too.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have a doctor as kind and caring as Dr. Luong. She is very easy to talk to and does not rush you. If you have questions she takes the time to answer them.

Dr. Luong is the best family doctor I have had the pleasure of knowing. She is very thorough, listens to you, is up-to-date on what tests may be due and is just a very kind, knowledgeable person. She never rushes me through an appointment but on the other hand she is cognitive of keeping her appointments on schedule the best she can. I consider myself fortunate to be one of her patients and can count on her when I'm in need.

I'm a senior, and lost my family doctor of 30 years, I cannot be more satisficed with the professional care I receive from Dr. Luong. She listens, comfortable to converse with, and looks at you during conversation - not the computer. She ensures you get the referrals or necessary treatment required, and always follows up. She is an exceptional and very intelligent Doctor.

Always able to get an appt at a time I like, she is proactive in testing and referrals to specialists. Her nurse is the best for giving needles. She doesn't rush me when I'm explaining my issues and is very caring. As a senior it's important to be comfortable with your doctor and not be afraid that their only purpose is to find things wrong but to help you feel your best.
