This doctor is top notch. She has been my doctor for just over a decade. I trust her with my life. Litteraly. If there is something she does not know she will learn it. If I need something she finds a way to help me get it. I ask questions about my treatment and I get answers. Not just a yes or no, but a detailed answer. I also know I am not an easy patient to have. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She is kind, patient and very understanding she is also one of the most knoledgable and incitful people i know.

Dr Bell has been my GP for 14+ years, she is understanding and caring! She believes in alternative medication and does not push prescriptions. She has helped me on so many levels. Her nurse is great good bedside manner. Her receptionist works quickly and accurately! I moved 2.5 hours away and Dr Bell is still my Doctor.

Absolutely the best. Very caring, knowledgeable, patient, sincere, professional, dedicated Doctor. I am fortunate to have found her. Her nurse and assistant are also great, which is a blessing. I moved which is now a 45 minute drive and I would never give up Dr. Bell as my family physician.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Bell for about 11 years. She is by far the best family doctor either of us has ever had. Whether at Norfolk or Greengate she has always provided top notch care: knowledgeable, professional, respectful, patient, compassionate, thoughtful, kind! Whatever the issue, we always leave her office with a way forward. She works in step with any specialists we have or introduces us to new ones. Everyone in her office is pleasant and helpful! We could not be more pleased with Dr. Bell. What an incredible person!!

Dr Courtney Bell seemed like a great doctor when at Norfolk medical. However, since starting Greengate Medical her actions have changed. While she still has some positive attributes & an amazing receptionist! I’ve seen her for many appointments over the same things, that never get resolved & that often she refuses a specialist for. She has broached ethical limits multiple times. Has spoken rude & inappropriate to me on multiple occasions. She dismisses other doctors concerns & their diagnosis’s argumentatively. And seems to have an authority complex. I just wish I could have the old kind & helpful Dr. Bell back.
