Biography

Dr. Kyaw joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2015. He practices in the Oceanside area; specializing in the treatment of patients with all manner of kidney disease, including the care of dialysis patients and kidney transplant recipients. Dr. Kyaw attended medical school at the Institute of Medicine in Burma where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree. After completing his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, he completed his fellowship training at Stanford University. He is ABIM Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Kyaw is a certified Hypertension Specialist with the American Society of Hypertension. He also holds certification in Nephrology specialty from the United Kingdom Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians.
