I had both eyes done and I found her to be very helpful and considerate. She explained exactly what was being done and how I would feel after. My experience was great and I would recommend her.

This clinic gives out mass appointments. This type of care model is not patient-focused. When I had my eye surgery, I was asked to arrive one hour early which I did, but then I had to wait over another 2 hours to have my surgery, because unbeknownst to me, several patients had the same appointment time and showed up ahead of me. In between waiting for my surgery, the staff were very unprofessional and kept talking about how they wished they were done their shift, and they could go home. When I went for the post-op appointment, mass appointments were given out for 8 am so there were at least 20 other people ahead of myself by the time I arrived on time for my appointment. This worked the same way for follow up appointments. Each appointment worked the same. I watched and Dr. Campos-Baniak spent about 3 minutes per patient as I would watch the doors open and close. To speed efficiency, the staff member would open the door before the eye surgeon was done with the patient to encourage people to move along. This was the worst health care experience of my life.

This was a total waste of 3 years. I had glucoma sutggery 2ce ,and both were complete failures. Still putting drops in 2ce a day. She was about to lazer a stitch off my eye and blurted our I AM SO TIRED AND I DON'T WANT TO BE HERE. I didn't know if I should wait and see what happens or save myself and get up and leave. Other events occurred over the duration of the 2 years. None of them any good. I will drive to Regina rather than go back to this place.

Fantastic dictator, so kind and caring. Made sure to take time to explain procedures, education on causes, remedies….etc.
Best doctor I have been lucky to be a patient of hers!
