Excellent functional medicine!! Proactive not reactive and that's a wonderful change from the typical reactive form of North American medicine. Very pleased with his knowledge and explanation of the issues and how to reduce and/or prevent further occurrences....not just pills to mask the primary issue. Time management is a bit of an issue with telephone appointments but in person is typically right on time. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We feel very lucky to have Dr. Bailey and his staff as our health care providers. As a nursing administrator and educator for many years I have worked with, hired and had many opportunities to connect with physicians. His listening abilities are exceptional. He makes eye contact!!!! Despite the busyness of his practice he connects with the person, makes skilled assessments and is respectful of the patient's feedback and comments. He has hired compassionate and interested staff that promote trust and give supportive contact to his patients. May he never leave Kelowna!! The Petersons
