My husband and I were very nervous about getting the procedure done for our son but we were pleasantly surprised with Dr. Bailey and his team as they were beyond accommodating, professional and extremely calming before and durning the procedure ! Dr. Bailey made the procedure very quick and as pain free as possible. We would 100% recommend Dr.Bailey and his team to anyone.

Our son came in for a circumcision. We were super hesitant about it but we’re reassured by the nurse and doctor. They had tons of knowledge and explained everything thoroughly. The procedure was quick and healing time was minimal. Great job, would recommend to anyone!

tried to book virtual appointment twice, once he called 3 hours after set time and we are still waiting for him to call after our second booking... it's been 90 minutes. Can't reach anyone at his office just a voicemail that says to select 1 for a callback in 3 - 10 days.

my husband and I have had Dr Bailey for a physician since he started practice in kelowna and he is great, caring and helpful. anyone who gets to have him for a doctor is fortunate. the only problem is often is not punctual especially by phone but he is worth waiting for.
