Wish I could give ZERO stars! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!! Cannot believe how unprofessional and uncaring she is. My friend had a severe allergic reaction to some sunscreen he used on his face. His face was extremely swollen, red, could barely see with his eyes so swollen up. He was in pain! As we sat there for an hour, he got worse. Eyes swollen completely shut and he said his skin felt like it was going to split open. I asked the receptionist if the doctor knew this was an emergency. She told me she immediately told the doctor how urgent his case was and yet we still waited an hour. When she finally saw him, she acted like it was no big deal. Unfriendly and barely helpful. Couldn't wait to get out of there. She's horrible.

Unfortunately she could never figure out what my eczema was. She had prescribed me several medications and none of them worked and just made everything worse. I went to Another doctor that told me exactly what I had within 2 minutes . All of the creams and antibiotics were such a relief since I’ve gone to someone else. Not sure why she doesn’t do a good job. She seems like she would be more knowledgeable. She is always so hooked up that I could never even get in.

From the moment I walked in, it was a very bad experience. Rude rude staff. I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room. When I did finally get to see her, she was very flippant and condescending. She made it clear that I was an inconvenience to her. The only reason I went to her was because my PCP, Paul Hendrix, told me what a great dermatologist she was. Well, so much for the St John's "Good Ole Boy" Network. I will not ever darken her door again.

you people who left those mean messages are crazy. She is awesome looks me in the eyes. the reason you have to wait is because she takes that quality time with you so yea sometimes she behind. Ive been going there for like 4 years now and every time i'm satisfied. love the staff. If they way they run thing doesn't sit right with you then go somewhere else. They don't need crazy patients like you. :) If something is wrong you need to speak up not stay quiet and talk behind her back!

I had been her patient for 14 years. Got sick of being treated like cattle. She will only see you for the item you make an appointment for. Staff actually ask you how many spots on your body you will be showing her when you make the appointment. If another concern arises you have to book another appointment for it. Took me 2 months to get an appointment with her, when I called to say I was running 15 minutes late, they said I would have to reschedule. Even though when I have been early, I have had to wait as long as 30 minutes on her. When I first began seeing her, she was not like this. Her attitude towards patients has changed for the worse over time. Looking for a new dermatologist.

Not very personable. Although she is knowledgeable - of diagnosing a disease that I had for years, telling me name and information regarding it - she does not do a complete exam. Also, the staff seems to not care whether they help or talk to you at all, other than collecting your money.
