I recommend Dr Lydia very much. It's very hard to find someone who practices like her ( 30 mins appointments). She knows so many different techniques and is not a salesy person at all. I feel like she is extremely honest. Also note that she is much stronger than she looks. I refer everyone to her the moment someone mentions having pain. She is the definition of good person and the best chiropractor in town for sure (unfortunately ive been to many in montreal). Look no further.

I have seen many chiros in the past and nobody practices like her. She knows so many different techniques and does so much in her 30 min sessions. I’ve never felt so heard and I don’t think any type of doctor I have ever met actually took the time to explain my diagnosis the way she did. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done. Before I felt like such a burden to the people around me and now I found someone who pretty much gave me my life back.

Dr. Lydia Ouldchikh…MERCI !

I had a nerve pinching issue causing pain near my hip and down my leg. Dr. Ouldchikh not only explained very well what was going on, but helped eliminate the problem in one session. I went back for a follow up because I wanted to show the progress, and that's that. I'll continue my stretches she gave me from the first session and she told me I don't have to come back if the results continue this way. She's super informative, professional and truly is trying to help. Very happy!
