Dr Sima has been a great help for me and my husband, it was our first time at the Chiropractors and her calm demeanor, her professionalism and approach to our how to go about our starting treatment to healing has made this process feel less daunting. This was my first chiropractic experience and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Dr. Goel is an amazing and nurturing person and I highly recommend her because I gained confidence in her abilities during treatment and she teaches me that our physical and mental health are deeply connected. This was my first chiropractic experience which i was very nervous about and I must say it was beyond my expectations. During the process of determining what my discomforts were and what was causing them I grew very comfortable and confident in the abilities of Dr. Goel. Je suis allée consulter le Dr. Goel car j'ai fait une entorse à la cheville et je ne pouvais pas marcher. Dr. Goel m'a fait réaliser que je vivais avec une douleur dans le dos et le cou sans vraiment m'en rendre compte. Pendant la séance, elle a soulagé mon stress et j'ai ressenti un bien immense, j’ai laissé un lourd poids que mon corps a chargé pendant des années dans la table de Dr. Goel. J'ai consulté des psychologues pour mon stress, mais une séance avec Dr. Goel vaut plus que 10 séances avec le meilleur psy.

I recently visited Dr. Sima Goel for my lower back pain and tight shoulders, conditions exacerbated by prolonged sitting during the pandemic. Initially, I was apprehensive about chiropractic treatment due to articles I'd read about serious complications after adjustments. Fortunately, Dr. Goel's approach alleviated these fears. She is not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally gentle in her methods. She took the time to understand and address my fears, which I greatly appreciated.

Some might say Dr. Goel blends mental therapy with her chiropractic skills, and I find this holistic approach beneficial. It's a reminder that our physical and mental wellbeing are deeply interconnected. Although I wish chiropractors could adjust our problems with just a snap of a finger, what I've learned is that our body and brain are used to our old, often bad, postures, so a series of adjustments over a long period is needed. Since starting treatment, I've become more aware of my body and its needs. While it's too early to report long-term results, I am optimistic about seeing positive changes in the coming year. Highly recommend Dr. Goel for anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled chiropractor.
