Very good Doctor he saved my foot from amputation. I had a wound that wouldn’t heal being diabetic and had home care coming in also. I am prone to infection and had several infections. My wound over 4 years finally healed and his knowledge of infectious diseases made it possible for me to heal . The Soo is lucky to him working here in the communit.

Big ego. He is not as knowledgeable about infectious diseases as he thinks he is. He should be listening to the experiences of his patients, but sadly, he doesn’t do this. Difficult to contact.

80 yr old family member got.covid and was told Dr. Castellani would be calling regarding Paxlovid. He didn't even bother to call. The Province has stated it would be easier to get paclovid and this Dr doesn't even call back. Will be complaining to province as well. Terrible!!

Extremely difficult to reach after messing up homecare orders of another doctor. Very egocentric.

Possibly one of the best doctors we have in the Sault. I also work in medicine so I can confirm that his medical knowledge is legitimate and expansive. He is also very nice and will take that extra step to ensure you receive excellent care.

This was the best doctor experience I have had to date. Dr. Castellani didn't just read my files on the way in the door but actually knew what was going on with me. He didn't seem rushed and I could see "detective" wheels turning in his head. I walked away feeling like there may actually be an end in sight for my medical issues. 6 out of 5 for his kind and calming bedside manner. A genuinely caring person.
