Great doctor! It takes a while to get a room (normally 30 minutes), and get her (another 15-30) but she is well worth the wait. She looks at you when you're talking, listens carefully, takes notes, and waits until you're done talking to give you a diagnosis. My previous doctor would hear one symptom and assume they knew what was the cause. She's willing to do test when needed, and even when it's a precaution. She's not judgmental, and is always wanting to help. Even when busy she treats each patient like they're her only. Great doctor - can't recommend her enough.

Other than waiting...my experience with Dr. Madsen was night vs. Day compared to previous doctors. She actually listened to all my symptoms and gave me undivided attention, which, alas, resulted in proper treatment. Truly a godsend!
