Dr H is incredible. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. The receptionists on the other hand are awful. Rude. Dismissive. Raise their voice if you ask for clarification or any questions when booking appointments. Getting in to see her in a timely manner is tough as she is busy, which I understand, but her staff make it even more difficult. Dr H: 5/5 would recommend. The staff: 0/5 Shouldn’t work with the public.

Dr. Hendrick is a wonderful friendly professional doctor. She is very considerate of your feelings and does not rush you. She will discuss your problems and send you to appropriate specialists. I had Cancer and if she did not get me into a specialist as quickly as she did it could have been a disaster for me. Other doctor wanted me to wait a year. She saved me many times. Love her.

Dr. Hendrick is the best GP I've been lucky enough to have in my 51 yrs. She's proactive, efficient, friendly and a brilliant listener. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard. Her office staff is also very responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for better healthcare.

Dr Hendrick is compassionate, caring, takes the time and patience needed to help you. She never rushes you and allows you to be part of your treatment plans if needed or appropriate (meaning open to suggestions or ruling out something). I don’t know what I’d do if she wasn’t my doctor with my mental health issues to name one! Truly remarkable doctor.
