As always, Dr. Prouse and her team are helpful and caring. I enjoy my visits and feel heard and positive about my health journey with them. I appreciate that they don't pressure me into treatments when I cannot afford them but always find their recommendations are usually what I need. Thank you!

I came into my first app't sceptical. Feeling so sick and miserable. After meeting Dr. Prouse for the first time I had an immediate sense of relief that I was on the right track to taking control of my health. Fast forward 3 months later and I am not 100% better but I feel alive again. Thank you for taking good care of me and finally giving me the answers I had been searching for, for so many years.

Dr. Prouse and everyone at the Institute for Hormonal Health saved me! I could not have succeeded in improving my health without IHH. When I had issues getting to work, the response was empathetic and supportive. Letters and support were put into place and I felt very appreciative. The IV treatments I continue to receive keep me going. Everyone is helpful and kind.

I've been under Dr. Prouse's care for 5 years now and my health has changed significantly under her care. I always feel supported and well taken care of with any issue that may arise.

Dr. Prouse is so friendly and kind. Easy to feel comfortable with. I feel that I can relax and ask questions. She is very friendly and speaks the truth. I really like this in a doctor. I would surely recommend her to anybody I know. She is very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely no added value over seeing any naturopath, for around 12 times the price tag. The doctor herself spent 3 minutes with me. I was oversold hundreds of dollars in vitamins and "cocktails" which did absolutely nothing to alleviate my symptoms. I was pushed to try their infusion clinic, which did absolutely nothing to alleviate my symptoms. When I politely shared with Dr. Prouse that I was unhappy with the service given the $3000 price tag, she dismissed me as a patient instead of trying to make me happy. I was never offered another appointment or a refund of any kind. Appalling really. But a well oiled, profitably assembly line no doubt. Spend your money for a naturopath who cares, and let OHIP pay if you need to see an OBGYN. I found her unprofessional especially given the massive price tag.

One of the best OBGYN I’ve been associated with. Not only knows her job extremely well, very friendly, caring, great experience. Even her secretary was awesome....rare. I was worried coming in. Happy leaving, because got all my questions and concerns answered.
