I had a D and C (vacuum aspiration) and IUD insertion at the same time and she and her entire staff were compassionate, competent and efficient. She explained everything in good detail and made sure I was comfortable. She performed the procedure quickly and thoroughly you could tell she is smart and competent. She isn’t the “warm and fuzzy type” but she was nice and informative and I felt I was in skilled, competent hands which was what I want in a doctor.

I've done pap test many times with other gynecologists but she performed the worst. I was in pain for 3 days after. She has no empathy to the patients. I was 45 years old when I saw her. I still had some hope then to get pregnant so I refused to put DIU to treat heavy menstrual problems. She looked at me and her face was laughing as if saying "you are too old". That made me almost cry. Off course I never went back to her.

This doctor is dangerous. She cares nothing about patients. I had a procedure by her and she did not allow the pain meds tk take effect. She would not acknowledge me and caused me terrible trauma. I now have PTSD from having a surgery done without pain coverage. I pleaded for better pain medication and she ignored me. I would like to warn all people of this awful, wretched doctor. I would never trust her again. She will not look patients in the eye or acknowledge them. You are nothing but a procedure to her. Do not allow this doctor to touch you.

Worst ever!! I got out of her office crying! She rolled her eyes, mocked my family Dr (which I absolutely adore and will seriously freak out when she retires), literally laughed when I talked about my financial issues (I could not afford what she was pushing me for an option that definately did not want while there were other very affordable ones). Just absolute worst!

I can't say enough about Dr Arsenault! She is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I am going through a very hard time and she has gone above and beyond and has even offered to redo some of the tests as follow up. I would definitely recommend her !

I was seen recently by this doctor and never again. She makes you feel very uncomfortable. No people skills . Doctors like this should not be allowed in hospitals. She MAY know her stuff, but rolling of the eyes , very rude.

This is my first time leaving a review but I have to. I am going through some big health challenges. She showed no respect for me, would roll her eyes and even made fun of me. She couldn't even properly guide me in a solution for my challenges as her doctor/patient communications skills are awful. If you are referenced to her, be prepared for this treatment. I saw her more than once so my feedback is not based on an isolated event. I personally prefer to suffer than have to be treated by her.

First time leaving a review! Will not be going back and do not recommend her! Her remarks and rolling of the eyes and making you feel like you imagined your symptons that she says shouldnt exist pissed me off! Definatly not my cup of tea!!
