Been with her for several years now. Consistently late to attend appointments. Continuously reschedules appointments for her vacations. If you do get to your appointment, will wait in the reception area for several hours with no empathy from reception as to her lack of punctuality. She is cold and will absolutely roll her eyes at you while giving your diagnosis. I feel for anyone that is seeing her trying to have a baby. She will make you regret stepping foot in her office.

I recently saw dr arseneault. Was really impressed with her. She listened to me, took the time to explain to me all my options and made sure i was comfortable with the plan. I am really lucky to have found such an amazing doctor!!

I am so thankful to have dr arsenault as my gynecologist. She is truly amazing and it really shows that she cares about he wellbeing of her patients. She really made me feel comfortable during the appointment and the exam. I totally recommend her!!

I so want to change doctors. I'm not satisfied with Dre. Arsenault at all. She really doesn't listen and is dismissive. The staff is no better.

I went to a appointment a month ago for what was supposed to be a simple pap test, ive had a few before and they were never this painful. She opened me up with the speculum and it was painful, i think she widened it too much and i said it hurt and she proceeded to yell at me saying: “what!? Have you never had sex before?!” She said it in a very ignorant manner. I cried. I had a panic attack. She has zero respect, ive never been this traumatized by a doctor before. I bled for a whole week after and i got an infection. I was never informed that she was gonna do a biopsy. I would have prepared myself more for a load of trauma. Her student and nurse were very nice. Im sorry they have to work with her, ive never ever felt the need to rate a doctor before today.

If there’s a rate beyond zero. I don’t know how this person is still practicing! My wife went to her appointment and came back to me crying! She’s not polite, rude, and if anything happens to the baby I will sue her. She was pressing my wife’s belly too hard until she made her cry! She asked her not to move her head because she couldn’t see the baby through the ultrasound, she didn’t take the medical history, she didn’t care about anything, I’m considering signing a petition to the hospital to form a committee and hear all the negative feedbacks she’s getting from most of her patients! This doctor is terrible and she shouldn’t practice anymore. I don’t think she’s mentally stable either.

She was supposed to do my planned c-section in the middle of covid(june 2020). So with very few consultations(1), they called me the day before mu surgery to give me details. I was in my car when they called, and they either forgot( or I didn’t catch it , very possible)but I was not supposed to eat. I know, thinking back I should have known. I go in, I am the first of the morning. They prep me, I am all ready to go and right before I go in she says, did you eat? I said I had a light breakfast. She laughs and says well now I can’t do surgery and leaves. She then proceeds to make fun of me in the hall with the nurses and doctors. At this point I am 38 weeks pregnant and humiliated. O actually started crying. She then comes in and says well I don’t know when I’ll be able to do you, if I can even do it. You’ll be my last and I’m suppose to start my vacation today. So you’ll just have to wait. And that’s it! It was 5:30 am. I waited until 2 pm when a nurse came in and told me they were ready and thay Dre Nadeau would do my surgery. I was relieved because she had done my first section. When I got in the operation room, the anaesthesiologist said …so you’re then one who had breakfast. They had talked about me. This was supposed to be a joyful experience, the birth of my baby. She managed to ruin it. She made me feel small. I am a professional and educates person. I probably should have know but I would never treat someone the way I was treated.
