It was my first visit with Dr. Chia, and I was so relieved to finally have such a helpful dermatologist visit that I had to take the time to leave this review. I've been to 2 other dermatologists, and felt that neither of those gave me the same quality of answers, attention, and solutions as Dr. Chia did. I see a lot of specialists, and I'm happy my care team finally now feels complete.

Dr Chia is very personable, kind and knowledgeable. He understood that after waiting 6 months for an appointment (overall health care problem---not his fault), I wanted to make good use of the time and brought up a few other issues beyond the initial cause for the appointment. He quickly reviewed all my concerns and I left with a big bag of samples.

Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Chia for several years now. He is a dedicated, knowledgeable, up-to-date Physician. He also has incredible bed-side manner and a comforting approach to care. We fully trust his opinion and are confident in his ability to treat our daughter for all dermatologic concerns. The staff at NWDL are all fantastic and you're always greeted with a smile, no matter how hard they are working (they work extremely hard... the phone is always ringing). The Nurse, Susan, is one of our favorite people in the healthcare field. She is incredibly personable and has always been flexible and caring at every visit. Highly recommend Dr. Chia and the team at NWDL.

What a find! Dr. J. Chai is an experienced. Dermatologist whose knowledge , experience and caring persona provide a high level of confidence in his diagnosis.
His staff is wonderful thus resulting in a very positive experience., from a dedicated team.
