I was supposed to see Dr Julie and saw an office assistant instead who asked me questions and then was told after the popped out of the room and i guess spoke to Dr Julie who told me i wold need orthotics. I got scanned on a machine and was told that was it. I had no assessment or looking at my foot and ankle pain and just blankety given orthotics. I thought there would be an exam? Not going to pick them up since i have had orthotics before and it didnt help me. This office seems to want to use and max insurance coverage. Don’t go here.

I was told I was seeing Julie for my treatment and I just saw her assistant who did everything including talking to me and assessing me and then they went and talked to Julie. . Julie just popped and and said hi. Not pleased. Saying high does not me justifying her billing me like she saw me. Don’t waste money and go see a nurse for foot care. .

The office is terrible with street parking only and my foot was broken so that sucked to hunt for parking and walk in pain. I also had to wait for over an hour to be seen and by her assistant before she popped in and double checked what the assistant done. No one introduced themselves by names so not even sure who I saw. You don’t see Dr. Fraser until she okays what her assistant does or the other “podiatrist” that saw me. Too many patients at one time for one doctor that you barely see. I switched to a foot care nurse and it’s cheaper too. The office does not direct bill which is also terrible.

Dr Julie Fraser is Very knowledgeable , you can see her expertise , very friendly and caring toward my son with special needs. Her staff very polite , great clinic

Very knowledgeable and great doctor your time management sucks. Nobody should have to wait and hour and a half for a a 15 minute appointment.

Getting one foot in front of the other is hard with foot pain. Dr. Julie got me back on my feet with her treatments. LeeAnne is very relaxed and makes you feel comfy. I am not able to walk pain free.

Dr. Fraser’s office is very busy. The staff is organized used and efficient and the treatments are excellent. You can tell she likes what she does. I really like Leanna that working with me.
