Dr Mercer is the best doctor I have ever been to see. He discussed my issue with me and helped me to understand what was going on. I was nervous about going but now because of him and his great staff I look forward to going back.

Had an appointment recently for my psoriasis but 2 weeks before the appointment, I developed a serious skin condition that I still have no clue on what’s going on. He wouldn’t even discuss this issue and told me to book another appointment. I drove 5 hours with 2 small children and spent 600 dollars to go to the appointment and still the condition is acting up like crazy. Have no clue what it is and got to wait months to try and get another appointment. There’s a wonder why our health care is in such an horrendous state. Please find another dermatologist who cares about the health of a patient and not the extra money for a follow up appointment. This is an honest review

I read the comments on here and I was discouraged with having to see him. These reviews were so far off the mark its unreal. Dr. Mercer has to be one of the nicest doctors I've ever seen. The was nothing rushed and his bed side manner is impeccable. I was in his office for over 30 minutes and he explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions and he was a very pleasant and jovial person as was his nurse. They are lovely people to deal with. If there were 10 stars available to give them I would.

Excellent and extremely knowledgeable Dermatologist. I would highly recommend this physician. It is clear that he is a specialist in his field. To the point, pleasant and amazing staff. Very clean and pleasant office. Out of all physicians I have seen to date this is was my most pleasant visit.

He was great with my original reason for being there. Very thorough and to the point. But he seemed like he was in a hurry and I asked for some advice about another matter and he politely turned me away and said see your doctor and come back . So I won’t be coming back . Sorry

Dr. Mercer was short, unhelpful & lacking “bed-side manner” aka compassion. When I made a decision for myself I felt was best for me he was obviously annoyed and basically just wanted to rush me out & made me feel like I was wasting his precious time. Would not recommend, ask your doctor to refer you to someone else.

Used a computer in front of me to print off a fact sheet from a Non-Canadian website for what my assumed issue was, literally googled and gave me a print out of the first result. My medical issue was something I had thoroughly researched and greatly impacts my self-esteem though it's not a life or death type of disease but having it confirmed so callously by such an insensitive person was devastating. Felt like he felt that I was wasting his time which is a terrible way to feel when dealing with a doctor. Like many others I waited a long time and had to drive fairly far to have my appointment. It was terrible and brief.

Horrible experience with this dr, rushed appointment didn’t listen to what I said, in and out in about 1 min. Complete waste of time
