Love going to see Dr Palmer at Westside Chiropractic. She always greats me with a smile and is attentive. She truly cares about her patients getting better as quickly as possible and doesn't pressure me to return more times than I need. The online booking is such a great feature. There are also great massage therapists in the same office. Thumbs up with this chiropractor!

I have had occasion to visit Dr Palmer. I have found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She listens to my converns . She explains the problem to me. She has given me exercises that I can do at home. My neck tightness gets a lot of relief when she uses the activator on me. She has given me acupuncture. Initially I was nervous about it but I have found that it is a great treatment for me! Highly recommend Dr Palmer!

Dr Palmer is great! She's always so positive, caring, and friendly. I stumbled upon her office wanting help with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. She gave me some finger exercises and uses that clicky thing on my arms and hands. I can feel blood re-enter my hands after treatment and have a little more strength. I chose to go monthly to keep mobile. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jolene Palmer is a knowledgeable and excellent chiropractor. As a retired chiropractor, I have certain expectations for quality care and she meets and surpasses those expectations. She is a highly skilled adjuster and uses a variety of methods of treatment, depending on the patient's needs and/or preference. She takes the time to listen to her patients, diagnose and provide treatment that is best suited for that individual. She is a compassionate and dedicated practitioner and her passion for her job is evident.
I certainly plan to continue seeing Dr. Jo for my own health care needs and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Palmer has always provided me with excellent chiropractic care and does so in a nurturing way. She takes the time to explain her findings and her treatment plan with me. She has never rushed an appointment and I have never felt like just another patient. Dr. Palmer truly cares about her practice and you can see that in every aspect of her work. She is incredibly personable and always has a smile on her face. I used to be terrified of chiropractic care and she has made it a staple in my life. I am forever grateful to her. Though her clinic may be small - it provides a caring and family environment, and I've always felt comfortable there. Definitely worth a visit!

Dr. Palmer is a fantastic chiropractor. She is able to asses and treat with knowledge and skills. She can pinpoint the exact spot that is causing me grief everytime. She is always more than willing to take the extra time to help work out ongoing issues for me. It's a very family friendly place and she always engages my two young children when they come with me. She has also treated them and they love her as she truly cares about how we are all doing. Thumbs up for Dr. Palmer (or as my youngest calls her Dr. Palm Palm)!

My treatments with Dr. Palmer have been exceptional . Her attention to detail when reviewing my chart and assessing my pain have helped determine the root cause of my discomfort. I sit a lot for work and this has really done a number on my low back . The combination of soft tissue therapy , adjustments and home exercises have made the world of a difference. I continue to see improvements. Not only is she personable, but full of energy and she genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you !
