DR Allen this is James Reed , We spoke a few Months ago in reference to a VA Nexus Letter, well I have sent you a total of Nine Hundred Dollars, I have tried to reach you a few times, to find out when we would finalize this Letter for Anxiety and Depression, The VA is requesting this Evidence, I find it unprofessional that you cant return my call now, In reading the reviews on your service some VETS are having the same experience I am having with you, If this is a scam, Its a shame to do this to Veterans, You should at least return my call and let me know whats going on, Thank you Veteran JAMES REED.

Had Dr. Allen do a VA nexus letter for my migraine secondary to my PTSD. . VA declined my migraine. I originally thought it was a strong nexus letter, but evidentially not. I have tried repeatedly to get her to do a rebuttal letter, as her website states she does rebuttal’s. I have gotten the runaround on 3 separate occasions with three different excuses from her staff. I have sent Dr. Allen email to her personally, and she has not responded. Don’t waste your money. Extremely dissatisfied.

Dr. Allen never called me for our scheduled appointment. I made two appointments and she never called for either one. No one ever answers the phone and I left several messages. I would never do business with someone who is so unreliable and unprofessional.

They have not gotten back to me for over seven weeks. I paid them for services in early June and then it has been ghost/silence.

Dr. Allen was very professional and very knowledgeable about my diagnosis. She knew exactly what I was going through all my life and figured it all out for me by her knowledge of my diagnosis and gave me a positive outcome in my disabilities (decision) with the VA. I highly recommend this doctor because she is very knowledgeable and empathetic about everything and she made me feel so comfortable when I am usually uncomfortable with people. I am very grateful for her honesty/professionalism and her style of speaking and making me feel at ease and comfortable.

I have used Dr. Jessica Allen twice now and her nexus letters are very detailed and have helped me get service connection. I would recommend her services to any veteran looking to get help making the service connection, just an example my first nexus letter was 11 pages long she used all of the medical records I had pertaining to my disability. I've read some of the negative reviews but every time I email her I get a response within a day or two. It does take a few weeks for you to get the nexus letter but it will be a very good nexus letter and more then likely will get you that service connection.

Great experience , very knowledgeable. Very accurate. I recommend Dr. Allen to fellows veterans, who are seeking IMO and Nexus Letters for the differents conditions that are advertised in Brightview. After her Nexus letter and IMO , i got my claim approved at 70%.

Took the money but NEVER scheduled the promised evaluation and NEVER sent the letter. She is scamming our Veterans!! She should lose her medical license.

Dr Jessica Allen took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Provided everything I needed for my VA appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Allen to all who seeks mental health struggles.
