It was hard to get the first appointment, with a long waitlist, but my GP felt strongly about me seeing Dr Adams. She was right, and I’ve found a great psychiatrist. I feel heard, and I feel hope again. I’ve come a long way in just a year, and I’m very grateful.

Going to see Dr Jeffrey Adams was a huge mistake for me. Very damaging. He is egotistical, arrogant & insecure, always asking me if my other doctors 'like' him etc.. I could write alot more but I'll leave it at that. I am now seeing the most wonderful psychiatrist who has helped me so much.

He made me feel so uncomfortable as a female. I only went to one visit and never went back. Made inappropriate comments and has a very big ego.

I talked to Dr Adams through TMS Australia and he's a really great person and I highly recommend him. He's a very compassionate and empathetic person and he's very easy to get along with. He also acted against his own interests when explaining that TMS probably wasn't worthwhile for me even when he stood to profit from my continued patronage.

I simply cannot rate Dr. Adams highly enough!
He not only saved my life, he gave me back my life after I'd been so very ill for almost a year and no other doctor could offer any help or relief from my terrible symptoms and I was almost at the end! Sure he is not always on time but that's because when he is with you he will spend as much time as needed to gather information for proper diagnosis and medication, etc.
He sat with my husband and I for over an hour and a half on my first visit, that's how thorough he is. I have been under his care since April 2020 and I'm feeling so much better and managing my life extremely well. As some-one else said here; he is the number 1 psychiatrist in Australia!!

This guy is actually human. My GP and psychologist both recommended him. I was a bit annoyed he was running late but when I saw him I realised why. It was worth waiting for and he spent a lot of time with me. I'll bring a book next time because it was worth waiting for. When I left I wasn't confused and I felt like I'd been in a doctor's office (not some voodoo quack). For the first time I'm hopeful again!

I have been seeing Dr Adams for 3 years now and he really has helped me to feel like my old self again. It’s been a journey but he has helped me to get out of such a dark place where no other Doctor could help me. I felt like I had no where else to go until I saw Dr Adams. I was so sick and felt so hopeless but now I have returned to work again after many years. He gives me great advice and guidance but I also feel very comfortable talking to him about the problems I am having. I feel like he really listens and I trust his advice . The practice is warm and relaxing from the moment you walk in. I have had to give him 4 stars for punctuality as he can run a bit late. I just plan ahead and take a book. Despite that he will never rush me out the door to get to the next person waiting. I highly recommend Dr Adams and can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me and everything he is doing for me still

Dr Adams is absolutely amazing!! He is 110% percent professional and talks to me not at me. He is relatable and insightful; a true expert within the industry. He has enabled my quality of life to improve so incredibly much over the two years I’ve been seeing him. I would recommend anyone who has had a traumatic experience or wants to make a change within themselves to book to see Jeff. He is a lifesaver.
