Very unhappy negative secretary though.
Dr.Kwan needs to hire someone courteous,and someone who has at least one happy bone in her!!!

Dr. Kwan performed my second breast cancer surgery successfully. She’s very professional and personable. Follow up appointments are not rushed and she genuinely cares. The only problem is trying to book an appointment. The answering service does not take messages and you have to keep calling and calling.

Dr Kwan is a real professional and personable human being with knowledge and expertise in her profession. I see her regularly for breast examination and I had a colonoscopy at the new state of the art clinic with excellent professional service!

The secretary of Dr.Kwan hasn't answered calls for two months!
All the time the answer machine or the music on the phone is on. Nobody knows what happened. I had to ask other people to go and make an appointment with the doctor. This secretary (I don't know her name) has always been rude to patients before. When asked why the phone was not working, she was naughty and said that it was not her problem, so that we would complain to the government. Is this fine? I couldn't get an appointment with my doctor for a month due to the fact that the secretary does not answer the phone. Now I got an appointment, which will be in two months. Therefore, I am three months late to see my doctor because of the disgusting work of this ill-mannered, cruel secretary. Please reconcile the actions. It shouldn't go on like this. Patients suffer. We should not face the rudeness and incompetence of such secretaries!

Dr Kwan treated my appendicitis with antibiotics which gave me C Diff. She then operated on me to remove my appendix and was fully aware of the fact that I got C Diff a few weeks prior following her treatment, yet she did not give me the preventative medication she should have, which led me to develop C Diff a second time, a few days after my surgery. I was unable to reach her and when I had my follow up appointment she showed no empathy and hardly acknowledged what I had gone through. I would never want to be cared for by Dr Kwan again.

Very greatfull my op. Was done even during this pandemic last Friday Oct 30th.
Great team in the op. Room and super Angels afterward in recovery and my 1 day stay afterward, thank you. By the way Î’m recovering very well at home.
