I had my first appointment with Dr. Wu on Aug. 6/21 for an overall checkup. This was after my previous dermatologist retired. I felt fortunate to line up someone of Dr. Wu's calibre fairly quickly. She was excellent in every category - knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and friendly. The same can be said for the rest of the staff I dealt with. I look forward to a future checkup when necessary.
Frankly, I don't believe the review of June 11/21, in which the reviewer gave Dr. Wu a poor rating in every category. Perhaps the reviewer was referring to a different doctor.

She doesn't have all the answers. She doesn't want to even touch your skin or take a close examine to figure out what the issue is. Worse experience. Constantly she is trying to rush and push you out of the door. Doesn't take time to listen calmly to understand. I had to rush and find my words to explain. She was holding the door handle to exit out every single word that I was trying to say. I would not recommend her and she absolute doesn't know anything. Waste of my time and worst experience. Dr. Wu if you happen to read this.... Please take more time to listen and ask if the patient is feeling better or worse and take time to examine the issue thoroughly. I am so disappointed with your examination.

I met Dr Wu at FCP Derm and now followed her to. Cleveland Clinic.

Literally the best dermatologist in the city and she will take everything you say seriously and give you a through explanation for her medical conclusion.

You're amazing Dr Wu! Thank you for listening to your patients and having an awesome personality.
