I was referred by my dentist to see Dr. Lopez for a root canal treatment that is very complex and I the same time I had scheduled another appointment with my dentist for another root canal that was more simple. After having treatment with Dr. Lopez at 562 endodontics, I decided to do all my root canals with her. She made it very easy and pleasant for me, thank you.

Dr. Jackie has been the first dentist taking the time to explain throughly what a root canal treatment is; I already had a few and I never understood fully what was it about until I met her! They have the best technology and skills to do the treatment in very smooth way. I had a great experience and I highly recommend her.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Lopez Gross , she is simply wonderful ! Her bed side manners are as outstanding as her knowledge and skills. I was very apprehensive about my treatment and She took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me. The entire process was absolutely painless! I was so comfortable and relaxed , she talked me through every step of the process. She even showed me pictures of my tooth at the end . Dr. Lopez Gross is fantastic. I never had such a pleasant experience with an endodontist before. I was terrified because of bad experiences in the past. She was very gentle, patient, and understanding and made me feel relaxed, like I was in safe hands. I didn't feel pain at all and she quickly alleviated my discomfort. She is an excellent, highly knowledgeable professional. I totally recommend her, she is really the best!
